Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

My goal for every customer is to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let me know and I’ll do my best to work with you to make it right. Contact me within 7 days of delivery. I am unable to accept returns only on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

I cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after the initial delivery.

Please note that return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.

When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Within the UK, it typically takes up to 7 working days. If it's Europe due to Brexit, it might take even 2-3 weeks, as customs are now taking longer. USA and overseas, around 2-4 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do all artworks come from the same artist?

Yes, this is my website and all artworks, including paintings, etchings, photography and drawings, are handmade by me. The only exception is the 'Vintage Collection' that consists of antique & vintage pieces. Some of my pieces will be in that collection, too; it will be clearly marked. These works are in a 'modern rustic' style, hence I added them to the 'Vintage Collection'.

Are any purchases final sale?

Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase. I am unable to accept returns only on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

HOW will you wrap purchased artworks?

Paintings: All paintings will be properly packaged and secured. Due to the size of the paintings, I might use the 'Man with the van' delivery (only within the UK) or Parcel Force; it will all be communicated and established with the client beforehand to see what suits best and establish the best delivery date.

Prints & Photography: All prints are shipped either in a rigid photo mailer or a reinforced cardboard tube, depending on the size you order. They are always insured and tracked for peace of mind.

Do you do commissions?

Yes. I have worked with clients or interior designers before. Sometimes the client has a particular size or colour scheme in mind. Usually, I do a rough moodboard before starting, but overall, I believe in creative freedom when it comes to my work. I do work with a particular time frame as well, even though you need to leave some wiggle room for a special canvas size, as these also need to be shipped.

Can I amend my printout? E.g. to a different size?

Yes, if you wish any customisation, e.g. adding a white border, unusual print size (e.g. square format), or different colour theme, please do not hesitate to contact me, I can work out some magic!

What kind of paper will the prints come on?

All my prints are produced by an environmentally-friendly London photo lab on Giclée Paper (matt & textured) and checked thoroughly for quality before being sent out. The paper has a beautiful texture and tonal look; it's perfect for illustrations. The paper is very thick (400 gsm) and sturdy, making it a great quality printout! Please note the frames and mounts are for illustrative purposes only, and print colours may vary slightly due to variations in monitors; however, I use the best quality printers.

If you wish for any customisation, e.g. adding a white border, unusual print size (e.g. square format), or different colours, please do not hesitate to contact me!
