Returns and Refunds
I am so sorry to hear something wasn’t quite right with your order. Please contact me immediately at malvina.fine.arts@gmail.com if you feel there is a problem that needs to be addressed with your order, and I will promptly work with you to come to a solution.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping fees are your responsibility.
I am unable to accept returns only on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. I cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after the initial delivery.
Cancellations
Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Damage
If there is any issue that needs to be addressed regarding your order, I will promptly assist you to reach a resolution. Kindly notify me within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved items can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Upon refund approval, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, less the shipping costs. It may take approximately 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund before the funds apply to your account.
