Limited edition of hand-signed 10 steel engraving prints in abstract style. Comes in a modern matt black frame (2cm thick) and white, textured mount. Pane material is glass. Print on ecru coloured Fabriano paper. 

Etching is a printmaking process where a metal plate is covered with an acid-resistant ground, and the artist draws a design through the ground to expose the metal. The plate is then immersed in acid, which "bites" into the exposed metal, creating incised lines or areas that will hold ink. Ink is applied to the plate, wiped off the surface, and then transferred to paper under pressure from a printing press, producing the final print.
