Description
Abstract 150cm x 100 cm acrylic painting on a cotton canvas, 20 mm depth. I was inspired by William Turner's marina paintings (he was a pre-impressionist, some people believe he started the Impressionism movement). He was the first one to experiment with abstract brush strokes and show the traditional topic (e.g. of a snowstorm, landscape, a sea). I wanted to go further by creating this abstract painting using a traditional topic, but using a very contemporary style. I used different kinds of acrylic paint, and there are matt and glossy strokes of paint that make the painting multi-dimensional and interesting. Additionally, I added the process of time to create a textured pattern.

If it's Europe due to Brexit, it might even take 2-3 weeks, as customs are now taking longer. Shipping to the USA and overseas takes around 2-3 weeks.
